Well Hello!!  Been a long time since I have been on here, a lot has been going on.  I spend most of the summer re-doing my craft studio and I love it.  Still have a few things left but it is a great space thanks to my wonderful husband. 

 

 

I also was lucky to meet Tim Holtz at a seminar in June and I am in an altered book club and I was able to get an autograph for which I used in a book at my class. Kory loved his book!

It has been a crazy busy month with lots of crafting, shopping and meeting Tim Holtz!!  Oh I Love Tim!!
Me and my girls went to the Great American Scrapbook Convention in Arlington last weekend and had a blast and spent all our money for the next year!!!! See all the things we did!  Debbie is demonstrating our t-shirt Scrap Broke (this is oh so true)!!  See my Car!! The hotel picture of the chair is just mine & Debbie's stuff!!  Scary!

This is my altered book project for May at the Fabulous Paper Crown in OKC.  I created two books this month and I think the second one is my favorite it is vintage paper dolls and a tag book made out of paper sacks.

I was also asked by a ton of people about my train case so I posting it for you to see.

I have been a bad blogger lately, but it is not because I have not been making projects my projects shelf is full and my friend Kim said I need to start giving some away, I think she is secretly telling me she needs some:

Well this month was the altered book class it was supposed to be tonight but we had to move to next week because of this crazy Oklahoma weather.  So here is what I did the project was a book in a book so I created a mini altered book inside the book and it is the Pride and Prejudice theme. This might be my favorite so far!

Little cold and dreary today, missing my Grandma this morning, so I thought I would post some of my tulips that have bloomed, they are not all ready but these are so pretty, she is looking down on us!!

This is a cute little baby book I created for one of the girls I work with!  I love giving my staff goodies.  I love this vintage looking baby paper, I found it at the fabulous Paper Crown Store.

Also, please do not forget about Glitter Market, this is very neat craft experience from some of the best craft ladies here in OKC.  This is lots of fun, Cindy at the Paper Crown puts a lot of work into this, please come and see what they have to sell.

I have been away for a bit.  I am ready to get going now.  I had a fantastic class with Bobbie Sanders at the Paper Crown and look what we created!!  OMG it is awesome!!!

Today is my dear friend Kim's Birthday "Happy Birthday Kim" and the 18th year Anniversary of the OKC Bombing, praying for all the victims today.  Have a wonderful day Everyone.

I am in Paper Doll mode, I have a lot of customers I have been creating these for thank you gifts.

I also have a vintage salt and pepper shaker addiction, I use these to put glitter in.  I have been collecting for quite a while.  While I was in Big Cedar I hit the jackpot at a old antique market.  You may not be able to tell but there is 27 of them here.  WHOOPIE

It's Thursday, one more day until the weekend. It has been a busy week.  I am ready for the weekend!!

 
I finished my altered journal page, our theme this month was birds.  My inspiration was the tree. I was not 100% happy with it, but I added some grass and the bee and I like it now.  This is a great year long class I am taking at the Paper Crown in OKC.  It is so awesome to see what other people create.  It sure gets the creative juices flowing.  Love this store and the people there.

I have been out for a bit, I have been sick with a cough and sinus stuff.  This darn weather. I am really looking forward to Spring and some beautiful sunshine.

We all had a wonderful Easter!  Here are the kiddo's, they are all so wonderful and they all like each other.  Libby is turning into a great little babysitter.

And this little cutie is Graham he is the newest addition to our family.  He is so precious.  I keep telling Scott I sure need one of these.  He is not as easy to convince, since we have an 11 year old girl.  whew!

I  have not been creating as much in the last few weeks.  I did just recently finished this Canvas for my craft studio. I really love these Catherine Moore Character Construction Paper Dolls.

Happy Friday!!

I was gone this week with my family to the Big Cedar Lodge, we had so much fun.  Here are some pictures of the fun we had.We fished, went to see Joseph the play,  we seen a show Todd Oliver and Friends and I volunteered for a part in the program, I really did not think I would get chosen but I did.  I ended up on a their Dating Game Show, and I was blind folded and in the end I had to Kiss my bachelor because he picked me out of the other bachelorette's.  My bachelor was Irving and  he was a DOG.  Good thing I am a dog lover.  Libby and Scott got big kicks out of this.

 On the trip to Big Cedar I had some crafting issues so here I am cutting paper dolls.

Libby and I could not go 6 days without crafting here she is making a tye dyed shirt and I did a paint and pour class and I painted this peacock, I have not ever painted anything like this before and I must say it is not terrible.

Well I am home now and I have lots of crafting to get back to doing, so keeping watching I have a few new things coming soon!!

Happy Tuesday!  When I get to craft I am such a great mood the next day.  I was very productive last night.

This is some angel wings we did in a class at the Paper Crown with Ms. Bobbie and I changed it to a Spring Theme I really love these wings.  Scott says they look like bloomers but oh what does he know!!!

Next I completed my Easter Parade another Bobbie Class, little of my own touches but this is simply Fabulous!

Last, this is my Shamrock for St. Patty's Day another Bobbie class, this is so cute and I had nothing at all for this holiday!   Come join us at the Paper Crown lots of awesome classes and teachers!

We are also having a Easter Paper Doll Contest and this is my creation.  I love the dog the mostest!
